LIVING OUR NEW LIFE
BY: Luzinda Nicole Castillo and Ellaika Ann Curameng
Since the pandemic started , we also started to live differently . The way we live is different now. Who would have thought that we could experience this kind of life that we never expect. We know that adjusting to change can be challenging. We’ve experienced an unprecedented shift in our life due to Covid-19. And it has been not easy. The way we work or study has also changed. Schools and Universities have moved online, some blending face-to face with online lectures. Zoom meetings now became our new normal.
HAIKU
by: Luzinda Nicole Castillo
The azure sky cried,
And the lands were wet in mud.
I began to write.
No matter how clear and blue it may be at the moment, there will eventually be clouds again. Life is like an Azure sky. Life’s exactly the same way. The bills are paid some days, the body is safe, and life seems to be joyful and beautiful. And the ground becomes sticky when the rain rises. Like us when we face issues, it was were basically like a ground got messy. But No matter how dark the sky may be at the moment, eventually the sun will shine again. Like us when we thought that there was nothing we could do about it but there’s something we can do to over come it just be positive.
FLOWERS
by: Ellaika Ann Curameng
Just like the flowers,
You give colors to my life
So please keep blooming
The haiku that I wrote is about my mom. Our mothers are among the most important people in our lives. They have watched us grow and shaped us into the people we are today, they are always around to support us. That’s why every time I will see a flowers it makes me smile automatically. My mom is like a flower that gives me a colorful life and just like the flowers she always provide a sense of happiness to us.

I choose the term communication because Being able to communicate is effectively and the most important of all life skills. It is what enables us to pass information to other people, and to understand what is said to us. … Communication skills may take a lifetime to master, if indeed anyone can ever claim to have mastered them.
